FAQ'S

    1. What is your return policy? Due to the rising number of COVID-19 cases from state to state, we will not allow returns or exchanges to ensure the safety and health of our staff.
    2. What happens if I forget to use a discount code? Once your order has been placed, we will not make changes to your total as we are unable to manually add the discount.  Please note that this discount may be used on your next order IF the discount code is still valid.
    3.  I have seen a item but it is no longer seems to be in stock.  We understand how frustrating it is to see an item you're in love with and it is out of stock.  We generally restock our hottest items and if that is not possible, we replace them with a similar style.  Please keep checking back on your site and social media pages for any restock updates.
    4. Will orders be delivered directly to local customers?  Nouveau Raine Apparel LLC will not be delivering directly to local customers due to the rising COVID-19 cases within the city.
    5. Will local customers be allowed to pick up orders?  Nouveau Raine Apparel LLC will not be allowing local customers to pick up orders due to the rising COVID-19 cases within the city.
    6. Where's my order coming from? We currently sell online and do not have a storefront, therefore, all orders are mailed out via USPS.
    7. Can I cancel or make changes to my order once confirmed? Orders are almost immediately processed after they are placed therefore, they cannot be changed or cancelled.  No exceptions.
